Decision making is an art plus a science. Our decisions need to be both logical and intuitive, balanced as best possible, do you agree?
So, when do you make decisions in your life & how often ?
No, I am not talking about those big decisions of life - career, company, location, marriage etc. These are definitely few and need our time and analysis to make big choices, once in few years only. Of-course, marriage is once in a lifetime decision for most people & thankfully, so.
However, if you notice carefully, we make decisions several times daily, almost every other moment , a choice needs to be made - what to eat, when to sleep, what to read and what to skip etc. etc.
These might look small, but each of these gives a direction & adds information, to our mind. These inputs then carve out our life - by playing a role in our next decision and so on.....
Friends, our life is decided by cumulative sum of all decisions we make. Each of these choices determine our future, they build us - our temperament, character & mindset - piece by piece.
Hence, decision-making is extremely important and must be learnt sooner or later in life. Some people may choose to learn by making their own mistakes. A better approach might be to learn from mistakes of others or by studying and then applying the lessons, in practice.
