Madhur: Water intake to be balanced , as per requirement of body , which may differ for different patients, in a wholistic approach. Generally around 3 liters of water is okay.
It's a myth that too much water intake is always good for health , especially for kidney disease, as per natural healthcare science. Please remember, when you drink more water , work of kidney is increasing too. This may be needed for short term , in some cases but not a long term recommendation.
