Aging Skin

 

Question: My age is 36 but I feel that my skin became lose from last three months Just like old as 48-50

Madhur: You need dietary changes for nourishment, adding more health foods, along with oil massage.

Also a good healthy  routine, some yoga is very important. These will support gaining health over time.

Logambal: Try to take antioxidant rich foods like vitamin C and E foods.


Madhur: Generally having a balanced diet with good quantity of vegetables,  greens , fruits , nuts, sprouts, pulses & carbohydrates (roti & rice) daily is great.

It is important that food is cooked conservatively for health & fresh to get maximum benefit.

This is initial step as our grandparents may have followed.

In today's lifestyle,  most of us are not able to give that importance to food as deserved nowadays, hence so many health issues.

Once we have a wholesome , nourishing diet and proper schedule,  specific changes can be added.  

For existing issues , cleansing of toxins may be needed where any alternative medication may be taken for initial work.
