How to replace regular tea with healthier drinks

How many of you drink green tea..and what are the uses besides the detoxification..
And so difficult to make this a habit to drink green tea daily..instead of milk or tea..
How to make this a habit?

May be if you start imagining and understanding that the milk in the tea is harmful, that can bring about some change. That's what worked for me.

We get addicted to a particular taste or habit of having tea. This herbal drink , helped me to overcome habit of drinking tea, when I  replaced with this one.

You can add green tea as a herb to this recipe along with a few other ingredients of your choice. You may try different combinations, it generally tastes good.

 Slowly,  in a couple of weeks, you can replace few cups of regular tea with this health beneficial drink.
Do give yourself a regular tea,  alternate days may be, with this one (in the beginning).  Slowly adapting to the habit,  as you like green/herbal tea more and more shall help to carry it for long duration.
