General info on Natural Healthcare

Three suggestions:
1. Alternative therapies (especially Acupressure in  my experience) have specific treatment for different diseases, emotional & mental health issues. For example: Anxiety,  Stress,   Depression, or just general lethargy, sadness are all treatable.
This is one of the best and most sought after aspect of treatment by patients.  An enhanced ability of feeling more active & positive after a few days of therapy, helps them live a better day.






2. Home remedies may help relieve a problem completely or partly. 
If your issue continues after a few days/weeks of regular natural therapy, then it might be better to add any alternative medication like Ayurveda, Homeopathy etc. These work wonderfully for holistic healing and do not cause side-effects.
Get rid of the issue first and then continue with home remedies,for a few more weeks, to manage good health, as needed. 
घरेलू उपचार किसी समस्या को पूरी तरह या आंशिक रूप से राहत देने में मदद कर सकते हैं। यदि आपकी बीमारी कुछ दिनों or weeks अच्छे से remedy लेने के बाद भी जारी रहती है, तो किसी भी वैकल्पिक दवा जैसे आयुर्वेदिक, होम्योपैथी आदि का सेवन करना बेहतर होगा । इनका दुष्प्रभाव नहीं होता है।
समस्या से छुटकारा पाएं और अपने स्वास्थ्य का प्रबंधन करने के लिए घरेलू उपचार जारी रखें।
