Feet pain - self care therapies

Could you please suggest some remedy for “Feet Pain”. After a short break or sitting down, if I get up on my feet, I feel pain  for few minutes.

1. One remedy for general feet pain:  
Dip feet in warm water for 15 min (with a tablespoon of Epsom salt added)

2. Oil massage generally works good for pains too - sesame oil can be used to give 5- 10 min gentle massage.
3. Acupressure foot roller, footwear, mat and other tools work great for general massage and pain-relief. Acupressure therapy on specific points, may be needed for cases of health issues.

If this pain is also there in the morning when you get up from the bed, it could be plantar fasciitis.
1. Fill a plastic bottle ( for eg Pepsi) with water, freeze it, so water turns into ice. Roll it under your feet. Repeat fee times a day
2.Put small pieces of crayon or marbles(कंचे) on the floor, with your toes try to put them in a box, repeat few times a day.
3. Sit in Vajra asana for some time
4. While suffering from this condition don't walk barefoot. You can also use insoles for shoes if it gives you comfort. However once feet have healed walking barefoot for a while everyday to strengthen the feet muscles is a good idea
