Mind management, 10 self-care guidelines

When the mind is feeling stressed or dull, following might help: 1. Sit in silence - Spend few moments sitting calmly in a spiritual environment, if possible. Prayer,  healing music etc. help settling down of  excess emotions.  2. Face the issue - Allow thoughts of the incident and focus on the problem, for a while, when ready for it. If there are memories, let them flow and observe with awareness, as possible. See the events flash by the mind, check your feelings and release them.  In a few cases, another step for example: forgiving yourself or another person at thought level, might help more. 3. Write the concerns - Use journaling to analyze thoughts and reflect on what, why etc. of the matter. Try to understand deeper issues or needs of your mindset.  This can potentially help to eradicate the problem from root cause, over time.  4. 5 benefits of partial fasting

 Partial Liquid fasting was a small practice I took up during this Navratri festival of 2025.  The plan was to start the day with two fresh, liquid meals and then continue with regular routine. First drink was chosen to be a Cleanser. Here ,  I used following (as available at home): 1. A variety of Herbal tea (light 'Kadha')  2.Wheat grass powder in lukewarm water  (any herbal cleansing drink e.g. warm water with lemon, honey, ginger, any Ayurvedic herb juice, spice tea or another preparation can be used:- one recipe ) After around an hour, second  nutritious drink was taken.
